T.J. Williams played for Bradford High School in Kenosha Wisconsin. He was ranked as a top ten player in the state. He won letters three years in a row, awarded second-team all-state and first team all-conference. He had ten touchdowns in his senior year alone. Along with his athletic skills, Williams was a member of the National Honor Society.

As a freshman this year, he has yet to play a snap for Wisconsin.
