Currently in his freshman season with the Badgers, Lee hails from British Columbia in the BCHL as a member of the Victoria Grizzlies. As a member of the Grizzlies, Lee scored 71 points in 70 games and was named the team’s most inspirational player. Lee also played for the Salmon Arm Silverbacks where he led the team in scoring. In the 2007 Canada Winter Games, Lee competed for British Columbia and won the gold medal with Canada West’s team at the 2007 World Junior A Challenge.
