Camp Randall Stadium tickets are hard to come by. The Wisconsin Badgers fans are a devoted bunch. When the stadium renovation was completed in 2005, the Badgers faithful lined up to buy the new season tickets. The skyboxes were full in short order.

The stadium holds 80,320 fans on game day, and you can find the Wisconsin Badgers marching band in the south end zone. That's where most of the students sit as well. There is an upper deck on the Badger side of the field, and as usual, when the sun is out, it shines in the eyes of the opponents.
The field is made up of artificial turf. This is not the hard, old turf from days gone by. Badgers players claim that the "FieldTurf" is much better than the old turf.
Some of the great traditions that have evolved over the years came about out of boredom. Watching the Wisconsin Badgers lose game after game in the late 1960's inspired the Athletic director to look for other interesting things to put a smile on the face of the average fan. "The Fifth Quarter" is a 20 minute, post game celebration that is performed each game. The Badger band is known throughout the country as one of the best.
Almost every home stadium has fans doing the wave. Wisconsin Badger fans "Jump Around" Camp Randall Stadium at the end of the third quarter. It's surely something to see thousands of spectators jumping up and down.
Camp Randall Stadium will surely see more thrilling Badgers football in the years to come. Wisconsin's WIAA football tournament is also held there every year. It gives younger players a chance to play in one of the best stadiums in the United States.
